Frequently Asked Disney VIP Tour Questions

One guide can direct a group of up to 8 people (including children). If your group is larger, you can add a second guide.

Our Disney World VIP tours range from a minimum of 6 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day.

Our services are available at all Walt Disney World parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios, as well as Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure and LEGO Land.

In the park, while you won’t have “back door” access to rides and attractions, it might feel like you do! Your private guide knows the park and it’s FASTPASS system like the back of his/her hand, and combined with his/her knowledge of the park’s rhythms, you’ll experience all the best Disney World has to offer without long waits.

During busiest times of the day we can typically reduce wait times of 1 hour or more to max 15 minutes. Even the official Walt Disney World VIP tours do not offer “back door” entrance to rides.

Services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 20% cancellation fee / 24 hours – full charge to the CC on file. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or traveler’s check the day of service. Your tour can be also prepaid in advance.

We receive this question very often due to the recent news about families hiring disabled tour guides with special passes so they could get onto rides without any wait. The answer is NO. We have never used disabled passes on our tours!
